Born in Britain, rooted in Punjab; my identity is the map. I’m a daughter of Indian diaspora, raised between cultural reverence and corporate reality.

I’ve walked the bridge between structure and spirit; from zoom calls to breath work, and Gantt charts to gut instinct, and I’ve lived, what I now help others do.

My signature identity extraction framework translates across all the work I do, and sits under my wider curriculum VIVAAN; which means Full of Life.
